Questions, answered plainly.
Getting started
What is the PH number?
A single score from zero to one hundred that reads your whole training picture: volume, discipline balance, muscle coverage, consistency, cardio zones, and training load. Tap it in the app for the full breakdown of what is lifting it and what is dragging it. It is free, with no paywall on the score.
Do I need Strava to use Peak Hybrid?
No. You can log lifts and workouts natively and never connect anything. Connecting Strava is what lights up the endurance half: rides, runs, swims, and hikes flow in with heart rate, power, and pace, and new activities sync automatically.
What if I mostly lift, or mostly ride?
The app works fine single-discipline. The score reads what you actually do, and the breakdown shows you honestly where the other half of your training sits. Some athletes use exactly that as the nudge; some just use the half they came for.
Which disciplines are supported?
Lift, ride, run, swim, and hike natively, plus general sports synced from Strava. Rucking is logged as a weighted hike, with the load recorded on the session.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet. Peak Hybrid is iOS-only today.
Where is the app available?
The United States App Store at launch. More regions later.
Strava
What exactly comes in from Strava?
Full activity streams, not stripped summaries: heart rate, power, pace, and elevation where your devices recorded them. The free plan imports your last 14 days; Pro imports a full 12 months of history.
Do my lift sessions post back to Strava?
Yes, optionally. Your feed shows the whole athlete instead of just the cardio half.
Is the Strava connection fully live?
Yes, and it works today. Strava is reviewing Peak Hybrid for higher-volume access, which every new integration goes through. While that review is underway there is a limit on how many accounts can connect at once. If you reach it, the app tells you plainly and saves your place, then connects you the moment more room opens. Most people connect with no wait at all.
What about my location data?
GPS coordinates are trimmed from the raw activity data we store. We do not sell your data. The privacy policy covers the full picture.
Free vs Pro
What is free, exactly?
Logging across all disciplines, routines and the training calendar, the dashboard, your full PH number with the complete breakdown, three favorites, and a rolling 14-day Strava import window. Free is the full tracker, not a demo.
What does Pro add?
The full curated workout library, TRAIN NOW session picks, six-week load and form trends, full ride and run detail (power, pace, and heart-rate zones, normalized power, best-effort curves, per-lap splits), 12 months of Strava import, and unlimited favorites. $9.99 a month or $79.99 a year.
Will the PH number ever move behind the paywall?
No. The score is free, forever. Pro is the analysis and guidance layer on top of it.
Billing
How does billing work?
Through Apple. Subscribe in the app; manage or cancel anytime under Settings, your name, Subscriptions on your iPhone. Apple handles refund requests under their standard policy.
What is the founding member rate?
The price you join at stays yours for as long as you keep Pro, even if the price rises for new members later.
Data and privacy
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes, from inside the app. Deleting your account removes your data from our systems.
How do I get help?
