Training plans, open to everyone

Pick a goal, your days, and your equipment, and get a plan in 4-week blocks. Strength plans: Foundations, Full Body, Push / Pull / Legs, Durability, and Strength for Cyclists. Running: 5K / 10K, beside your strength plan. Your first block of each kind is free.

Strength for Cyclists and Durability

2 new strength plans. Strength for Cyclists places heavy leg days around your key rides. Durability builds calves, single leg, jumps, hips, and trunk in about 35 minutes.

A new Home

Today's session, your plan, this week, each sport, training load, fitness trend, and your recent workouts on 1 page, with a Simple and Detailed switch at the top.

Top 10 efforts

Tap any best effort to see your year's top 10 rides or runs at that duration. Each one opens the workout.

Steadier estimated FTP

On rides with a power meter, heart rate from a long steady effort can now raise your estimated FTP by up to 8%. Older efforts fade gradually through a break.

Body and Progress, rebuilt

Body now leads with VO2max, then heart, sleep, body composition, hybrid ratios, and capacity tests. Progress leads with your fitness trend, and every chart scrubs.

With Garmin linked through intervals.icu, With Garmin linked through intervals.icu, your Garmin activities now sync into Peak Hybrid too.

Plan your week on the calendar

Add a workout to any day, move a planned workout, and send a scheduled workout to every device you have connected.

Edit a logged lift

Fix a weight, a rep count, or an exercise after you save. Open the workout and choose Edit workout.

Today's session and your workouts now live in fewer places, and the workout builder works like the live logger.

Connect intervals.icu once, then send planned rides and runs to Garmin and Zwift.

Copy any workout as text, or save it as an image to Photos.
