Start in five minutes

- 2Answer a few quick setup questions. Under a minute, no ceremony.
- 3Your dashboard is live from day one: the PH number, your week, and TRAIN NOW are all on the first screen.

Connect Strava
- 1One tap in settings connects your Strava account.
- 2Rides, runs, swims, and hikes flow in with full streams: heart rate, power, pace.
- 3New activities sync automatically from then on, and your lifts can post back to your feed.

Read your PH number
- 1One score, zero to one hundred, on the home screen.
- 2Tap it for the breakdown: volume, discipline balance, muscle coverage, consistency, cardio zones, training load.
- 3It points you to quick wins when you need a nudge and an easier day when you are pushing too hard.

Log a lift
- 1Open a routine or start blank. Sets, reps, target weights, RPE.
- 2Rest timers run between sets; your previous numbers sit next to every set.
- 3Finish, and the session lands in your dashboard, your calendar, and your score.
