Start in five minutes

Connect Strava

  1. 1One tap in settings connects your Strava account.
  2. 2Rides, runs, swims, and hikes flow in with full streams: heart rate, power, pace.
  3. 3New activities sync automatically from then on, and your lifts can post back to your feed.

Read your PH number

  1. 1One score, zero to one hundred, on the home screen.
  2. 2Tap it for the breakdown: volume, discipline balance, muscle coverage, consistency, cardio zones, training load.
  3. 3It points you to quick wins when you need a nudge and an easier day when you are pushing too hard.

Log a lift

  1. 1Open a routine or start blank. Sets, reps, target weights, RPE.
  2. 2Rest timers run between sets; your previous numbers sit next to every set.
  3. 3Finish, and the session lands in your dashboard, your calendar, and your score.
